Do you take my insurance?

OSO Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider. We provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. This model allows for 60-minute, one-on-one sessions, often resulting in fewer total visits and a lower overall cost compared to traditional clinics.

I’ve tried physical therapy before and it didn’t work. How is OSO different?

At OSO, every session is a full 60 minutes spent entirely one-on-one with a Board-Certified Specialist (OCS or SCS). We focus on high-level strength and conditioning and personalized plans that go beyond the basic exercises often found in high-volume clinics.

How do I get started with treatment?

You can get started by booking a full initial evaluation directly through our website. If you aren't sure if we are the right fit, we also offer a free 15-minute discovery call to discuss your goals.

Can Medicare patients pay for out-of-network physical therapy?

Due to federal law, we cannot accept out-of-pocket payment from Medicare beneficiaries for covered physical therapy services. However, we do offer 'Wellness Packages' for those looking for performance-based care that falls outside of traditional medical necessity.
