Can I come to Oso for performance training if I’m not currently injured? Absolutely. Many of our athletes use "Prehab" to identify weak links in their kinetic chain before they lead to an injury.
Do you work with coaches and team trainers? Yes. We believe in a "team behind the athlete" approach. With your permission, we can coordinate with your coaching staff to ensure your rehab plan aligns with your team's training schedule.
